James Yuill

James Yuill is a British "folktronica" artist who just wrapped up a string of dates supporting M83 here in the States (so you know the music has to be good).

His newest album Turning Down Water for Air was actually released in 2007 in England but just got a proper US release thanks to Nettwerk.

This kind of reminds me of (guess who?) Faded Paper Figures, it is an excellent blend of traditional singer/songwriter lyrical content with the blips and beeps that we all have grown to love.
